Quality Assurance in general and Test Data Management (TDM) in particular, is a priority within Länsförsäkringar both from an efficiency and increased regulatory compliance perspective and part of our Developer’s Journey. Our dedicated and ambitious team has created the platform, based on the Delphix product, and is now on-boarding the business. It is a dynamic and interesting time to join the team! We work at the forefront both in terms of technology and working methods in the team and have a good collaboration with other teams. Our goal is to increase efficiency in the IT development process to accelerate digitalization in Länsförsäkringar.
 

The work in the team is run according to Lean-Agile principles (SAFe) which means that every day starts with a Daily Stand Up. The work is divided into two-week sprints, where capabilities agreed by the team are delivered. The team consists of specialists and everyone works as a team, which may mean that you will also partially perform tasks that are outside the pure specialist role.
 

In the role as DevOps Developer your focus will mainly be on developing and maintaining the routines used within the solution to:
 

• Collect and evaluate information from master and product systems via several different connection forms (mainly via direct database connections)
• Explore the dataset in SQL/Python/custom command-line interfaces to normalize and model acquired data
• Develop and maintain the procedures used to anonymize the information and then make it available to test environments
• Work with cross-functional agile teams to provide test data automatically to support CI/CD pipeline in various test environments
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the data handled
• Monitor and resolve any issues in the data flows that are created
   

Administer and maintain regular data lifecycle events such as user administration, auditing, log management, etc.
 

Vem är du?

We think you have:
 

• At least 5 years in software development
• Good knowledge of Windows-based environments
• Good knowledge of Linux-based environments
• At least two years of development experience in Java, Python and SQL
• At least two years of experience in agile work
• Good experience with Git or similar tools
• Experience in data-driven development
• Good experience of working with large amounts of information
• Experience with Shell scripts / Powershell scripts
• Fluency in English
   

It would also be beneficial if you have:

• Strong understanding of databases
• Previous experience of working with TDM, preferably with Delphix as a base
• Experience of development in environments with high demands on security and data protection
• Previous experience from large and complex DB2 solutions
• Understanding of file systems and operating systems
• Knowledge of data integrity and masking techniques
• Basic knowledge of virtualization
• Experience of imparting knowledge to others
• Experience with Azure DevOps Server
• Fluency in Swedish
