About the job

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with leadership experience. To take on this responsibility you will have to maintain and develop our working methods and tools within shared service area working closely with our ART´s and cross-functional throughout LF.

You will lead our DevSecOps team at Fondliv driving our transformation with a focus on streamlining IT development and implementing DevSecOps principles within our SAFe framework. Your focus as techlead will be set of practices and methodologies, but it is also important that you have a broad view of the whole IT development process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a DevSecOps enabler team
• Working according to, and contributing in implementing the SAFe framework through DevSecOps transformation

• Identifying improvement needs and streamlining internal working methods and tools
• Testing and evaluating new tools and methods for effective IT development
• Providing the teams with platform knowledge (ALM), CI/CD pipelines and understanding their needs
• Supporting the teams with customization and configuration of existing tools
• Supporting the teams with active error and problem troubleshooting in the tools
• On-going documentation of our development platform
• Support with roadmaps, life cycle management such as upgrades/production of new versions and/or features
• Collaborations with multiple stakeholders including cross-departmental interactions, security, operations, and compliance departments
• Sharing knowledge within the organization to promote DevSecOps practices

Who are you?

You make things happen with curiosity and a positive attitude wanting to understand and learn more. You understand change management and have experience from previous transformations to work in a DevSecOps related manner. You have resilience and a strong ability to drive long-term vision with the ability to communicate it in best possible way and inspire others.

We think you have:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• An academic degree in system development or equivalent working experience
• Hands-on experience as a system developer
• Previous background in Operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products TFS/Azure or similar
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and a lean agile mindset
• Good knowledge of QA/Test-related tools and WoW in areas such as test automation, performance testing and test data management  
• Experience with OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes
• Relevant certifications or extensive experience in SAFe implementations
• Demonstrated experience in leading DevSecOps transformations.
• Demonstarated knowledge of security tools and DevSecOps principles
• Enterprise-level experience in fintech, banking, or a similar highly-regulated environment
